Health & Safety

The health, safety and well-being of our employees and clientele, is paramount to the integrity of Rocky Mountain Soil Sampling.  It is our mandate to provide a safe and healthy work environment, and to prevent any manner of occupational injuries and illnesses.

Our teams work in consultation and cooperation with our clientele, to ensure that all requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations, are not only met, but are fully implemented and integrated into all our work activities. It is our continued goal to exceed required legislation and implement the best practices possible to promote a health and safety program for the protection of all agents and clientele of Rocky Mountain Soil Sampling.

A commitment towards a safe and healthy work environment is expected by all members of Rocky Mountain Soil Sampling.

All Managerial and supervisory staff are responsible and accountable for the health and safety of individuals under their direction and their workplaces. They will continuously monitor and advise their employees of the existence of any potential workplace hazards and ensure that all work is conducted safely and in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations, in addition to Company policies and procedures.

All Rocky Mountain Soil Sampling employees will report any unsafe or unhealthy conditions in the workplace to their immediate supervisors so that they may be corrected accordingly.

Any individuals who neglect to meet their obligations concerning all aspects of health and safety may face disciplinary action if appropriate, up to and including discharge.

Our employees are encourage to follow the safe work practices of last minute risk practices and planned job observations, and have the right to decline working in any conditions deemed to be unsafe and are supported in their decisions to do so.
